Trabajamos sobre este PRETÉRITO en TOTAL reference sheet (fill out the past tense meanings of the listed irregulars: For example, tuv- is the stem for "had", estuv- is the stem for "was", etc). Y entonces, vimos esta cortometraje (short film) español, Diez minutos. Mírala, y escriba lo que pasó. (Watch it and write a succinct description of what happened, using the pretérito!) Hoy, trabajamos sobre los IRREGULARES en el pretérito! Aquí está un LINK a una canción que es muy bien para ayudar a recordarlos! Después, vimos un clip de una película de un cineaste, Pedro Almodovar, de España. El trabajo del día: Write a synopsis of this short biografía de Pedro Almodovar and hand it in! (5 pts.) Some vocab words can be found at the bottom of the page, and others are in the script. Don't worry about a "word for word" translation. Also, remember that "fue" can mean "was" or "went". 1. Study everything in this presentation and write down the two verb conjugations for went, and saw. 2. Fill out this TRABAJO for REGULAR conjugations of Preterite verbs in Spanish. Hoy, vamos a empezar el primero de los tensos del pasado. Se llama el pasado perfecto. Usa un verbo "haber" y un participio pasado. So, en ingles, you take the verb haber = to have (only used for perfect tenses like this one), conjugate it, and then tack on a past participle. It comes out meaning "I have eaten" or "he has studied" etc. This presentation will explain this first tense of the three we are studying. Past participles generally are verbs with -ido or -ado endings. But there are LOTS of irregulars! So, begin with this TRABAJO #1 for which you must go to the conjugation page of Word Reference and look for the listed verbs' Participio pasado which is at the top of the conjugation page for each individual verb. Since today is a field trip for most sophomores, I am using this day for everyone to catch up on whatever they are missing in whatever classes. Tomorrow, (martes), 6th period will catch up on the lesson they missed on Wednesday afternoon (due to the snow half-day) and other classes will do a lesson that 6th period will not do. On Wednesday, we begin with the past tense!
Hoy, trabajamos con los expresiones con TENER. (Take notes on these.) Entonces, hicimos un trabajo sobre los verbos dobles. Vale 10 puntos. Aquí está el LINK del trabajo de verbos dobles. Y pues, no hay escuela por la tarde! Hoy, vamos a trabajar con los verbos dobles. Toma notas, traduce las frases, y dame tu trabajo. (Turn in the notes you take from this presentation.) También, debe aprender 10 verbos de la lista de 51 verbos. |
