Working individually or in partners, you will demonstrate your personal rutina diaria in any form of your choosing... ___ You MUST use Spanish in complete sentences (3 pts) ___ You MUST include the time of day the events occur (3 pts) ___ You MUST include a minimum of 8 steps (8 pts) ___ (5 of which must be reflective verbs) ___ Product MUST include ___ BOTH a visual element (3 pts) ___ AND a descriptive element (written or spoken) (3 pts) Here are the options for the mini-proyecto which we will present to the class on Friday.
Lunes: Hoy, repasamos los verbos reflexivos. Quiz yourself by watching the presentation in “Present” mode.
Y pues, miramos una película: “Vale”. Aqui hay el trabajo que va con esta pelicula. Trabajamos sobre la construccion que utilisa ESTAR + a Gerund (-ing verb). Recuerda de la regla que está: hablar is an -AR verb, so you change the endings of -AR verbs to ____ando (hablando, mirando, etc) for them to become -ing. Then you combine them with a conjugated version of ESTAR and it would read “I am speaking” = yo estoy hablando, or nosotros estamos hablando. -ER and -IR verbs take -iendo endings. For example: Estoy comiendo (I am eating) or Estás viviendo (you are living) etc. This is called the present progressive. También, miramos un “flow Chart” sobre lo que necesita en Español por el año que viene. Aquí está el “Flow Chart”. This would only apply to those students who took the online Spanish 1 that met only twice a week last year. Also, if you are planning on taking Spanish 3, you don’t have to take any extra Spanish classes because colleges look at number of years of Spanish, not necessarily the credits. (AHS looks at credits, so they have to add up to "3" credits for you to meet your full two-year (3 credit) graduation requirement.) Miércoles: We revisited REFLEXIVE VERBS and practiced conjugating on the white boards. Here's the presentation on Reflexive verbs if you missed it. Jueves: Today we played a game using reflexive verbs and also worked on body parts! Be sure you have filled out the VOCABULARIO BASICO (the yellow sheet we gave you at the beginning of the year.) In groups of 3, we wrote stories about a kid and his day and the things he does at a certain time. Lunes: We worked on a class survey to see how you are feeling about the teaching and learning in our Spanish classes. We also gave another day to finish our DP updates before we start to look at them this afternoon. Martes: Día de Todo Español! Empezamos a estudiar una canción de Julieta Venegas-- Me voy. Aquí está el ejercicio: LINK al trabajo de Me Voy (I'm Leaving). Escuchen la canción dos veces, y completan el trabajo arriba.
