Trabajo Corto: Add to your list of sustantivos y adjetivos de ayer (yesterday) so you have 10 total items from el salon de clase. Use adjetivos from this LIST (I have copies for you in the classroom). Now, write 4 sentences stating what there is in the classroom, starting with "HAY" which means "There is, or There are..." Por ejemplo: Hay 1 basurero negro y sucio en la clase. (There is one black and dirty garbage can in the class.) Hay 20 sillas plasticas en la clase. (There are 20 plastic chairs...) (Please note: the nouns have to agree with the adjectives by changing the ending to match the nouns in gender (Masc or Fem) and number (singular or plural). Turn in these 4 sentences! 2. Y entonces, Review -AR verb conjugations! (Please go through this linked slideshow on the PRESENT mode, and write the 8 sentences at the end.) LINK to Word Reference.com Link to Trabajo Corto de 2 de sept. We´re going to work on basic -AR conjugations and what pronouns are and what they mean! The verbs are: llegar, caminar, y estudiar. You'll notice they are all REGULAR, and are all ending in -AR. Know the difference between an INFINITIVE and a conjugated verb. (An infinitive still has the -AR (or -ER or -IR) attached and our examples from above translate to: to arrive, to walk or to study. Hoy, trabajamos sobre los dias de la semana y los meses del año, y tu cumpleaños. Aquí está el LINK al video. Aquí está el trabajo de hoy sobre tu cumpleaños.
